Refund Policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. For your items to be eligible for a return or refund, they must not show any signs of use and must be in their original packaging.

How do I return your order?
You have the flexibility to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The process is straightforward and involves the following steps:

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@custom-love.co to inform us of your desire to return. We will immediately send you our return form.

Step 2: Fill out the return form. Clearly indicate the items you wish to return. Make sure the returned items are in unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached and suitable for resale.

Step 3: Choose a carrier of your choice and send your package back to us within 30 days of receipt.

Step 4: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 7 days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email on the status of your return.

Return costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. For this reason, we recommend that you use trackable shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges
Do you want to exchange your ordered product? Sure, no problem. Contact our customer support and they will give you instructions on how to exchange it.

Damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof of the package and its contents. Then send it to support@custom-love.co along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.

Refund:
When we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know via email if we accept it. If so, you can expect your refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used when ordering from our store.

If your refund has been delayed, contact your bank or payment provider. If the problem is not on your side, please contact our customer support.
