• Processing time : The processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery time : The delivery time is usually 7-12 working days (Monday to Friday).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of placing the order, but some jewelry requires longer production time and during holidays it may take a little longer. Please contact us first (support@custom-love.co) for more details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It usually takes 7-12 days for goods to arrive after dispatch. On peak days please allow an additional 5 working days on top of the usual times.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
1-3 working days after your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your tracking number which you can use to track your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

DELAYED ORDERS?
We do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible, but sometimes delays can occur, usually due to bad weather conditions or the time of year. If a package does not arrive 5 days after the scheduled date, please email us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time you place your order.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
We are sorry if you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos and we will help you sort this situation
